Everglades Garlic Sriracha sauce is not your average "rooster" Sriracha from Viet Nam which uses arbol (tobasco) peppers. Your taste buds will be overrun with deliciousness from it's heaping amount of Steamed Garlic, Red Thai Peppers, Rice Vinegar and Coconut/Palm Sugar.  You haven't found a better sauce for eggs in the morning (yep, even better than frankie's). A couple of suggestions ... Use it in wraps, all meats, eggs, kimchee and Mexican and it goes great on Thai Duck or spice up a spicy red curry.
